Throughout the last 3-4 years we have been whipping up a whole bunch of different recipes from shakes and smoothies, to entrees and desserts. In fact we even published 2 cookbooks titled, “All Cricket, No BULL…

As you might know, baking with cricket flour and working with cricket protein you will need to sometimes tweak recipes depending on what you make. It doesn’t work like a typical wheat based flour, but more like a coconut flour. You will want to mix together a couple of different alternative flours to get those baking properties you are looking for or start by adding just a bit to your own favorite recipes to get started.

However my personal TOP 3 favorite recipes have been our:

1) Chocolate Espresso Banana Bread with Cricket Flours (Check out the full recipe for FREE by clicking here)

2) Frozen Cranberry Mango Smoothie with Cricket Protein (Check out the full recipe for FREE by clicking here)

3) Sweet Lemon Balsamic Vinaigrette (Check out the full recipe in our Digital Edition or Signed Copy of the cookbook with 50+ recipes by clicking here)

So if you are looking to add some extra cricket protein to your next smoothie, or use roasted crickets as a topping or snack. Just try it and let us know what you come up with.  Cheers!
