The Frozen Cranberry Mango Smoothie with added cricket protein is a great fall fruit smoothie that truly hits the spot. In addition to our Cricket Flours: 100% Pure Cricket Powder this recipe features frozen cranberries, red grapes, mango, vanilla Greek yogurt, and coconut milk. Coupled with the bright notes of cranberry and grape, this fruit smoothie is a great source of calcium, fiber, vitamin C, and more from each of the all natural ingredients. 1/3 cup frozen cranberries
2/3 cup frozen red grapes
2/3 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons Cricket Flours: 100% Pure Cricket Powder
- Using a kitchen blender first add in the coconut milk, Cricket Flours: 100% Pure Cricket Powder, and then add in the frozen cranberries, grapes, mango, and Greek yogurt and blend until fully mixed.
