1/3 cup frozen cranberries
2/3 cup frozen red grapes
2/3 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp Cricket Flours: 100% Pure
Using a kitchen blender first add in the coconut milk, Cricket Flours: 100% Pure, and then add in the frozen cranberries, grapes, mango, and Greek yogurt and blend until fully mixed.
