The Frozen Cranberry Mango Smoothie with added Cricket Protein is a great fall fruit smoothie that truly hits the spot.  In addition to our Cricket Flours: 100% Pure this recipe features frozen cranberries, red grapes, mango, vanilla Greek yogurt, and coconut milk.  Coupled with the bright notes of cranberry and grape, this fruit smoothie is a great source of calcium, fiber, vitamin C, and more from each of the all natural ingredients.  Because we use cricket protein in our smoothies, they are naturally a good source of iron, B12, Omega-3s, Omega-6s, and it contains all the essential amino acids as well.  To make your own Frozen Cranberry Mango Smoothie with Cricket Flours, check out the following ingredients and directions below.  Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1/3 cup frozen cranberries
2/3 cup frozen red grapes
2/3 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp Cricket Flours: 100% Pure

Directions:

Using a kitchen blender first add in the coconut milk, Cricket Flours: 100% Pure, and then add in the frozen cranberries, grapes, mango, and Greek yogurt and blend until fully mixed.
