Cricket Flour Shake

The Mango Cricket Protein Smoothie is as delicious as it is refreshing.  This cricket protein powder smoothie is a refreshing combination of frozen mango, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, and protein and nutrient packed cricket protein.  For these Cricket Shakes you can use any of our 100% Pure Cricket Powder and flavored lines or our Cricket Fuel line of cricket protein powder products.  We have included the ingredients and directions below but smoothies and shakes are one of easiest ways to incorporate an amazing source of clean protein and nutrition from crickets such as iron, calcium, magnesium, B12, Omega-3s, Omega-6s, and more by just adding in a serving of cricket flour to your favorite shake or smoothie mix.

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen mango
2/3 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup Greek yogurt

Directions:

Using a kitchen blender first add in the coconut milk, ice, and then follow with  Cricket Flours: 100% Pure and then add in the remaining ingredients. Next turn on the blender and mix until there is a smooth consistency.  Enjoy!
