Cricket Flour Smoothie

Introducing our new cricket flour recipe recently featured on Fox 12 News!  This new protein smoothie is a great way to start the morning or use as a mid-day snack.  We had recently been asked to feature a couple of more shakes and smoothies, and this one is a great and refreshing treat that uses coconut milk, fresh bananas, and our Peruvian Chocolate Cricket Flour.

1.5 cups coconut milk
1 fresh banana (peeled)
2 tbsp Peruvian Chocolate Cricket Flour


Using a kitchen blender, first add the coconut milk and peeled banana after cutting/breaking it into pieces.  Next, add 2 tbsp (12g) of our Peruvian Chocolate Cricket Flour.  Cover, and then blend on medium-high speed for 30-60 seconds or until fully blended.  Enjoy!
