This past week we had the amazing opportunity to meet with an Oregon based Bug Club! This club first originated when one of the members first became interested in insects and found some of friends and classmates that were interested in learning more about them as well. Each week the club meets to learn more about insects, entomophagy, and more recently about different ways to use cricket flour in new recipes.
After one of the members reached out to our team through our website, our founder stopped by to meet with the Bug Club and drop off some of our Cricket Flour products so that they could start experimenting with their own recipes. We talked about a couple of different ideas that are excited to make, and look forward to following up with them to see which one they try!
