Cricket Flour Protein Shake

Are you looking for a new recipe to use for your next protein shake using Cricket Flours or cricket protein?  This refreshing topical tropical protein shake is a great combination of some of our favorite fruits such as mango and pineapple, but with a new twist…Cricket Flours!  This recipe uses frozen fruit ingredients, almond, milk, a hint of vanilla, and cricket flour to make a delicious protein shake that tastes great after a workout, for a snack, or a quick meal on the go.  Let us know what you think of our new Topical Tropical Cricket Flours Protein Shake.  Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen mango
½ cup frozen pineapple
2 tbsp Cricket Flours: 100% Pure
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Using a kitchen blender, add in the Cricket Flours: 100% Pure and almond milk.

Next, add in the frozen fruit and vanilla.

On medium power, blend all ingredients until smooth.
