½ cup frozen pineapple
2 tbsp Cricket Flours: 100% Pure
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla
Using a kitchen blender, add in the Cricket Flours: 100% Pure and almond milk.
Next, add in the frozen fruit and vanilla.
On medium power, blend all ingredients until smooth.
