Cricket Flours is excited to present at the 2016 Clean Tech Challenge event starting September 7th, 8th, and 9th. This summer, Cricket Flours has been working as part of a team to present a new processing facility and technology as part of the 90-day competition working on cricket powder and cricket oils. The first day of the Clean Tech Challenge event is free and open to the public from 12:30-5:30 at the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry (OMSI) and you can register using the following link:

Chocolate Crickets & Delicious Doughnuts
We will also be unveiling 2 new products that will be available to sample for free using our Cricket Flours line of products for cricket powder and omega-rich oils in a delicious new doughnut. We have partnered with Voodoo Doughnuts and Sesame Doughnuts to create two new doughnuts that use the cricket powder and roasted crickets. After meeting with their teams and trying out different recipes, we decided on our two favorites! A Bavarian Cricket Cream Doughnut and a Vanilla Caked Cricket Doughnut.
We will be offering free samples of the two doughnuts throughout the 3-day event. Both doughnuts will be available for limited time for the event, and then again this October as we partner with caterers and businesses looking to try cricket flour, chocolate crickets, or who are just looking for a delicious doughnut. We hope to see you there!
